About the webinar

This workshop will start by taking a look at leveraging digital resources for subject delivery. I will show you how digital tools can be harnessed to create inclusive learning environments, bridge the gender gap, and enhance subject delivery; The next stage of the workshop will examine the impact of digital resources on promoting gender equality and challenging stereotypes; You will learn how to utilise diversity and promote inclusivity; Finally, we will identify best practices for integrating digital resources into subject delivery. This workshop will give you practical ideas to help you understand the need to foster gender integration.

About the speaker

SABO DOUGLAS GARBA is a Lecturer of media and Information literacy at the Department of Language and Communication Education, Kaduna State College of Education Gidan Waya. He is a teacher educator who is passionate about empowering teachers with digital skills for classroom activity development. He hails from Kaduna State of Nigeria and his commitment to the development of the Nigerian teacher has made him a recipient of the prestigious Leap African Social Innovators award. He was a student union leader in his school days, which gave him the opportunity to understand the techniques needed to work closely with his learners.
