About the webinar

Teachers, as role models and nation-builders, must take charge of their professional development. While education often centers on learners, parents, and results, teachers' self-development is vital for classroom success and personal growth. This session will discuss how professional development transcends formal qualifications and why it shouldn't be solely left to management-driven initiatives.

We'll address practical ways teachers can assess and address their challenges, including teamwork, handling constructive criticism, separating work and personal life, and improving subject proficiency. Professional growth doesn’t always require formal courses—it can start with simple, meaningful interactions with colleagues.
